This page will be updated as adult use regulations are released.Click here for program web page There are 8 non-profit dispensaries in Maine, 1 in each of 8 public health districts. Our seed-to-sale-tracking solution provides comprehensive data tracking with an emphasis on compliance.
Hunters under the age of 10 must be accompanied by an adult supervisor who is within 20 feet of the junior hunter.
The adult supervisor age 18 or older must hold or have held a valid adult hunting license, or that person must have completed a hunter education course.
As a non-profit agency, the dispensary is able to collect compensation to cover the costs of cultivation.
Most states require an extensive seed-to-sale cannabis tracking system to monitor cultivation and dispensing inventory.
