Would you just go for it regardless of what your ex thinks? Personally I wouldn't simply because in some capacity that person will be part of your life again, I'm sure it could and would cause a problem down the line.

Its just hard to imagine that they were not "doing stuff" while still brother and sister. Those two from "Teen Mom", Catelynn and Tyler, are stepsiblings, but they were dating before their parents got married, so that's completely okay to me.
